The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair, refurbishment and general building works. The successful candidate should be competent across several trades and able to assess jobs, find practical solutions and complete work efficiently and professionally.

Typical duties may include:

-General building and maintenance
-Plastering and patch repairs
-Painting and decorating
-Carpentry and joinery
-Basic plumbing repairs
-Tiling
-Flooring and associated repairs
-Silicone and sealant work
-Door, lock and ironmongery repairs
-Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
-General property repairs and refurbishment
